I would not use this roofer again

I asked PJ for a quote, which I received remotely. I agreed based on the speed at which he could conduct work & the commitment to make the building water tight till then. PJ sent a colleague to cover the leak with tarp. The guy did not speak English. The tarp he put up didnt cover the area where water was entering the building. On PJ's viewing, the quote was tripled so I declined to go forward. PJ informed me that he had already scheduled the scaffolding to be erected. He told me that the cost was £700. Despite repeated requests for an invoice, I received neither. I requested the contact details of the scaffolding business but only received a mobile number, which i contacted & received no response. I contacted them again 2 weeks later to request removal of the scaffolding. I received no response. That was 1 month ago. I contacted PJ in the interim. I received no further support. It is now 6 weeks in total; we still have scaffolding. I personally would not commission this roofer again.

ROOF STILL LEAK

On 16/11/2022 ask your PJ to repair my roof ( 4 Polesden Gardens London SW20 0UN) paid 9,000.00 pounds. The leaking still there even worse have to move a bucket water every 3 hours. I want you send worker back to repair again immediately!!!

No sign of water coming in to the house from Roof

The owner & his team repaired a leak in our flat roof in a professional efficient and friendly way. The work was carried out promptly and I would definitely recommend PJ Roofing & Building. We have had heavy rain since the repair and there has been no sign of water coming in to the house.

Very happy with the service I received, such a lovely person.. He attended my property the same day I called about water gushing through my ceiling. He fixed my roof quickly and sufficient, and was very reasonable price wise! Very happy customer, I would definitely recommend
