Maintenance Services to local homes and businesses.

I am a sole trader offering maintenance services to the trade and public in Cheltenham and surrounding area. I pride myself on very competitive rates to an already established client base, and proud to be on the GCHQ internal website of recommended contractors.

The services I provide include all aspects of fencing, painting and decorating services, Landscape gardening and general DIY building work as well as a wide range of small repairs or changes to your home or business. I also offer an 'end of tenancy' maintenance service to landlords, tenants and agents, to quickly restore the property back to the required standard, whether it be complete redecoration or a freshen up, clearance and repairs.

Large companies have overheads which are usually paid for by the customer. Being a small business, I have minimal overheads which are genuinely passed on to the client.

I will beat any genuine like for like quote.

We moved into a new build property 2 years ago and Paul has been an absolute super star he’s helped us with so many things around our home in the 2 years we’ve known him . Paul was recommended to us by a neighbour, he gave a realistic quote for a replacement fence. Completed the work within the agreed timescales using quality materials, leaving the area clean and tidy and disposed of the old fencing. A professional service from start to finish.
