Not happy, delivery was late and when i opened it the kebab was burnt and I was missing the chips to my order...waste of money...

Just thought I should share my recent experience with you:
Now that I have secured my job, I thought I treat my family to a "nice" takeaway from ‪#‎PizzaWorldBasingstoke‬
Or not, after making a order over the phone and straight away they made a mistake and then immediately called back charging £5 extra for a mistake they made when the order was placed. I then waited around 45-50 minuets as advised by the person over the phone, still no delivery. Then after 1 hour I called to complain and they said that 'the driver was on-route' and that he left '30 minuets ago'.
The delivery finally turned up 1 hour 30 minuets after placing the order (45 minuets late) and the food was not Hot but warm, an item of the order was not there so when I asked the driver he went to his car to get his phone and suddenly the item of food turned up, 'was in bottom of bag'. And to top this all of the driver was going to charge me for the delivery fee which I already paid.
When it came to eating the food the ‪#‎Pizzas‬ were cold and horrid and the starters were just bearable. We phoned up and complained to the store and in the process got called a lair and had unfriendly staff & manager on the phone and stated that theire was 'nothing they could do'.
Its a shame because the last time we ordered I would of recommended them to anyone, however after this experience I would warn people away!

The order was over a hour and twenty mins and cold, phoned to complain and no management was available as he was on holiday. Delivery driver was demanding a £3.50 delivery charge when we paid online with a card as we had no cash. We told him it over a hour late and that we had phoned and he didn't care he just wanted his money, we told him we were not going to pay him and closed the door he tried to push his way into the house but i managed to close it then decided to ring the door constantly and kick the door.

Pretty much the worst takeaway I've ever had!! Food was stone cold and pizza turned up as a thin crust instead of the deep pan we ordered. Delivery charge which is usually covered in the online payment was also demanded at the door. AVOID total waste of money!
