Called for a delivery and told 45 minutes. One hour and twenty minutes later I called to be told they were waiting for a driver. I asked if they felt that was reasonable and asked for a few pounds off an 18 pound bill. They offered me a can of drink and told me they would rather throw the food away than offer a discount. Which was an offer I accepted. Good luck with your business model, with love from an ex-customer.

The pizzas are great from Pizza Town, nice and deep, filling and tasty. What it lacks is good customer service. I mentioned a 'meal deal' that was on the sign outside but was abruptly and rudely told that it wasn't valid anymore and that it shouldn't be on the board. This inpatient behaviour was emphasised by the young girl throwing a pen and menu down on the counter. There are other little details but overall it was rather unpleasant.
