Pizza Palace

I never usually have issues but today it's really peeved me off, first order gets cancelled because of their oven not working fine sure I'll wait the 7 days to get my 30 quid back and I'll order something else, I order a cheese burger with no salad or sauce and they somehow screwed that up and its got the McJizzy special covering my burger and its ruined it and wasted my money

Well what a disappointment,I've never been so disappointed in a place as what I am with you guys, food we waited a long time for turned up warm but also like it had been overcooked, other half went to shop basically to be called a liar and were unhelpful,what happened to trying to help customers if they aren't happy,I'm sorry guys u have lost our business now,we have been loyal customers ordering regular for alot of years,no more

Just had vegi pizza must say am not pizza fan but from booking to delivery excellent food piping hot lovely chips little too salty for my tast but nice lady who delivered it was smiling and cheerful will order again

Very expensive take away delivery longer than a hour food cold might as well ask for a plain pizza and calazone as you get next to none fillings on or in them very disappointing definitely won't be using these again daylight robbery

I all ways order from pizza palace because the food all ways arrives hot and on time and if issue with order they will sort that out for
