Diabolical

The delivery driver was rude and aggressive and tried to overcharge me for my order. When I showed him the cost of the order from my online receipt, he ran off with my change and ignored all phone calls, luckily it's on CCTV. Police and trading standards involved. Just don't go there, not only is it diabolical service, but these people appear dangerous.
