poor service

we have been regular users of the White House PE and it is v good ..However the new branch in the centre is not ! Our second visit to this new branch was worse than the first , whilst the food was up to standard the service was very poor. This is in the busiest part of Basingstoke and is surrounded by competitors (ASK , Nandos etc) so the offering has to be good. As an example we had to wait a further 15 mins to pay the bill after it arrived . I would go elsewhere !!!!
