Growing up I always had a passion for technology. It started with the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and quickly advanced to having a huge interest in desktop computers.

I started working for computer repair shops in my teenage years and built my first desktop computer. I loved the hands-on experience of diagnosing faults and the feeling of eureka moments when I’d fixed hardware issues. I found a hidden excitement of knowing I’d preserved precious files and or saving a customer from having to buy a replacement computer.

Unfortunately I quickly learnt that a lot of these companies at the time were either misleading customers, recommending products the customer did not need or were overcharging for products and services and that led me to a solution.

So I decided to found PixelFixers with a simple mission: offer honest and reliable repair services for business and home users from engineers with a true passion for technology and helping people.

We want to be the people you think of when you need your technology fixing. A company that you know will do what’s right for the customer, not what’s right for the company.
