They Cancelled! Bad experience.

Cancelled our booking at 9pm on a Sunday Night for the following day. No explanation. Offered to relocate us to Wembley which was 90 minutes away and nowhere near public transport! They offered 1 hour free and a 20% discount.
They should've offered the whole day for free at the minimum, or our entire booking for the 2 days.

Had people travelling from all around UK to rehearse and we had to find an alternative at 9.30pm on a Sunday evening. It's all done remotely so the customer service is really impersonal, no accountability whatsoever. You can tell they don't care. I won't be using them again.
