First class overall customer service experience with Piran Plumbing

Excellent customer service and service delivery from Piran Plumbing. We observed a leak coming through the ceiling below a bathroom and suspected a leak behind the shower. We called Piran and they agreed to send a plumber out the next morning. The plumber arrived promptly and investigated the leak and found the cause to be a leak on a joint on a toilet cistern in another bathroom. The plumber promptly repaired the leak and left the area clean and tidy. Thankfully this turned out to be a less complicated plumbing job, that was quickly rectified professionally and efficiently. Very satisfied with the customer support, the professionalism of the plumber and the overall customer experience with Piran Plumbing. I will definitely make them my first port of call on any future plumbing requirements. I will gladly recommend them to others in need of first class plumbing services.

Have been using this company for a while. Won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is incredibly helpful and go out of their way to offer the best service possible. Anything you want they can do it, from a full bathroom refit, to mending a leak.

Proper honest West Cornwall plumbing company

I called out Piran Plumbing to assist with a boiler which started to spew water! - they were responsive, followed proper covid-19 distancing measures, provided honest and impartial advice which helped get our boiler up and running quickly. They also supported us in getting the manufacturer of the boiler to provide some parts at no cost to us. The service and honesty demonstrated were impressive so i can't recommend them enough as a good honest proper Cornish plumbing company!
