Fantastic survey by Pinta Investments

Very good price, happy to go to the property on short notice, then made sure the survey was incredibly thorough and spoke with me on the phone twice to discuss the issues with the house that came up in the survey. As a first time buyer, having this knowledge and help has been incredibly useful. Level of service, quality of work and time to complete were all very impressive. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough and detailed Survey

Joseph did a full structural survey of a property we are buying. The survey report was very thorough and detailed, and all issues were shown in photos. We also had a follow up call with him to discuss the report in more detail and have his professional opinion on some of the defects.

GREAT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.

Very happy with their efficient and great service. Mr Rocafort was exceptionally efficient, professional, great communication and prompt on replying to any queries I had from start to finish. He was very quick to arrange my homebuyers' report. The report was particularly detailed with comments and explanations, I was impressed. Also was received within 2 working days of the site visit. Very pleased that I went with them. Thanks so much Mr Rocafort!
