Rude customer service hang up on us whilst speaking multiple times doesn't cooperate with customers and meet our needs. i am disappointed customers shouldn't be treated like that when we are the ones paying for the food. they shouldn't react negatively very poor service.

I have been ordering pizza at Pinocchio's since 2004 and it is the best pizza from all takeaways I have tried in Sheffield.
The topping on their pizza is very generous and dough is ideally thick, to my taste not too thin nor too thick. It's crunchy and yet the topping is not dry. Just right!
They have a wide range of pizzas yet are always willing to prepare one to one's imagination. An example to this is 'Renata pizza' named after my friend who when she used to live in Sheffield was Pinocchio's regular customer.
Top Notch for their work and pizza!
