Went and had a facial - not what I asked for (blackhead removal) . Usually you would use a steam machine and appliances . Was told they can do this facial - apparently not. Lady did not use steamer just slapped on some creams and used her finger nails to squeeze my SPOTS which you should never squeeze unless you have a white head. However had loads of blackheads on boss wanted doing , she went around edges of my nose otherwise Did not touch !!! Also put oil in my hair and done some massage something else I didnt want. The whole time I was there she tried selling other treatments to me. Did not want to cause fuss in shop but so cross I paid £30 for that. Could have paid anyone to do that to be honest. Will not be going back there !!!!

Fantastic salon. My nails have never looked so good. Lovely friendly staff. I would recommend this shop to everyone
