We sadly lost my uncle during the pandemic and it was the first time I had to deal with a death on my own.
Pinks were amazing and kept me informed of what was going to happen every step of the way.
Karen was very supportive, very sympathetic and friendly and clearly cares about her customers and their requirements.
I would definitely recommend pinks and should I have the misfortune of someone else passing away we will definitely be using pinks again

we very sadly lost my beautiful daughter few weeks ago if only we could turn back time and saved her. i found pinks funeral home online after ringing loads to sort funeral out there prices were sky high but as soon as i rang pinks Karen the manager a lovely lady. i was so upset could not even talk she was very nice and calmed me down and she also made me feel at ease so after given Karen all details they give a daughter a very dignified respectful and graceful send of for my daughter and they rang every few days to find out how we are I ordered the horses flowers and everything and did not leave anything out they give my daughter the most graceful and respectful send of went out of their way and much more to make sure all family was OK if you know what i mean thank you all at pinks and Samantha and gemma for all your kind words very kind if you know what i mean thank you all at pinks thanks again for making the saddest day of our lives a little bit bearable
