Avoid this company. A very unsafe one American limo turned up. Terrible condition and very unsafe. Not interested in any negative feedback and very expensive for what you get. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this service. Old beat up limo with metal on metal brakes. Thankfully were only in town going slow. Expensive for the quality of car. Avoid.

Bad communication too.

Booked this for my kids leaving primary 7 day, driver came across like he couldn't be bothered the entire time, however what was the most disturbing part, was he dropped 5 x 12 year old girls at a sports center car park, rather than the address (2 streets away) that was absolutely agreed.

Girls were too polite to make a fuss, however I WASN'T!!!!!!! When I phoned up, I got the owner (I'm assuming) who couldn't speak to me at that point, but was cheeky in her response to me (doing NOTHING) to acknowledge my utter infuriating at these girls being dropped off ANYWHERE, other than the front door THAT WAS ARRANGED.

Bottom line, we left our children in their duty of care, and they FAILED !!!

Some of the reviews on this site are quite rediculous, I've used this company many times, think I've been in every car/limo apart from the wedding cars lol
The limos are immaculate, the drivers have to put up with quite a bit at times but are always very friendly
Debbie provides a very professional service, I've never had an issue with drivers turning up late, having read other review anyone that runs a car knows breakdowns can happen.
Would recommend pinklimo to anyone, and their party bus has to be seen to be believed, it's outstanding

Pinklimoco are a wonderful company who have brought that extra bit of magic to numerous special occasions for our family. The vechicles are all in top condition, the drivers are friendly and accomodating and quite willing to play our own music for us (we supplied our own cd). He even went into his boot to get us extra chocolates when the kids had eaten them all and were looking for more!!!! From fawless booking with great customer service to a wonderful journey I can't recommend Pinklimoco highly enough. We can't wait until our next booking for our son's birthday really looking forward too it.
