I have always been able to get a same day appointment and found that all the staff go out of their way to help in any way they can.

I turned up less than 10 minutes late due to traffic. Despite a sign on the glass that read if you turn up MORE than 10 minutes late you may not be seen, I was still told they wouldn't see me because I hadn't turned up early. This is despite the clinic being COMPLETELY EMPTY and, again, I was LESS than 10 minutes late due to circumstances completely out of my own control. There was absolutely no one else waiting to be seen, so clearly the only reason I was turned away was because they wanted to make a point and whoever it was that would have seen me couldn't be bothered to actually care about why I was there in the first place. There was no regard given whatsoever to the fact that I, like everyone, have to actually work for a living and then get through rush hour traffic just to get there. I was there for a simple test that would have taken next to no time at all to complete if they could have been bothered to do so.
