Wonderful home, thank you

5
I wanted to write and express my thanks for the lovely care that you have shown to my Grandma Kate in the time that she has lived with you. After she moved in she said to me within about 2 weeks, ‘This is my home now’, which I thought was such a great thing. You gave her the opportunity to take part in a whole load of activities which she had lost as she became more isolated and less able at home. I loved that our roles had changed and that instead of visiting to try and entertain her and bring her news, she could now bring me up to date with her activities, news and gossip! So thank you for making her last few years really happy. Elaine F
