Pilates Energy

I am an experienced Body Control Pilates teacher, teaching matwork for beginner/improvers and intermediate levels. I provide all equipment so just wear comfortable clothing enabling you to move easily and just bring yourself. Please feel contact me to book your class and try a class without commitment. I respond very quickly to emails and missed telephone calls, I won't keep you waiting. My classes are always varied and fun, never boring, and we often use props of different kinds. At my home in the Chislehurst / New Eltham border I have a Cabin Studio at the bottom of my garden where I offer private reformer / studio equipment sessions or Pilates in pairs on the Reformers, so bring a friend along.
