Pik-It Fencing

I had my fencing put up in January this year and after 5 months the wood
is beginning to warp and split I phoned Pik-it Fencing and Steve Barnett came around to look at it and agreed there was a problem and that he would put it right.Well its now July and I am still waiting after several phone calls and missed appointments also an email sent still no response my next step will be to inform trading standards and a solicitor.The sad thing is I even recommended him to my friend who also had work done.This work was guaranteed for 2 years but has barely lasted 4 months Signed (Registered disabled OAP ) Plymouth.

I called Steve's landline and his wife answered and said I'd get a call back that evening- it never happened. I chased him later in the week and eventually got hold of him. We scheduled for him to come out the following week for a quote. I waited in and he never turned up. I called and he said "Oh didn't you get my message? I can't come out until Saturday now, I'll be there between 2-3pm" Once again I waited in and he didn't turn up. I called his landline and mobile and got no answer on both.

We used Pik-it Fencing a couple of years ago and the guys were great, but clearly that's not the case any more. AVOID THEM!
