Wished we’d have got pier alarms sooner!

Had our first service of our alarm, Neil was very knowledgeable, we had a fault with the alarm and it was sorted within minutes of his arrival. He went the extra mile making sure that our dog was comfortable with the noises and that we understood how the alarm works, he set it up exactly how we needed it to be, we can use it every day and night now. Thank you so much. We really wish we’d have got in touch sooner!

So pleased with the service from pier alarms, new installation today and no mess to clean up, alarm fully explained on completion and great post installation cover for small fee if I ever need to use it, would highly recommend this local firm 😊

Professional, friendly, Covid secure service. Perfect.

Just had my annual alarm service. The engineer arrived on time and masked. The service was completed to the usual high standard and in a completely COVID secure manner- I felt completely safe and out of respect for him I wore my mask too.
It didn’t stop the friendly chat as he worked. Professional and friendly with top quality service as usual.

New Alarm Fitting

Ian Seddon fitted our new alarm today. We are very pleased with his excellent workmanship completed in a courteous and timely way. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went through the operating procedure most comprehensively.
