Pictures & Frames

Took a small painting in on Thursday. Paid in advance £20 which is very reasonable. Received an e mail that frame ready on Friday. Accessed e mails at 7pm after work. Went in next day Saturday but shut. Drove from Charnock Richard. A wasted journey
E mailed and texted Monday morning. Then left message on answer phone to arrange "appointment" collection. Rang again he said he "was in Blackburn" But i could collect at 3pm in Leyland. Drove to Leyland a second time. Shop shut. Rang Stacey answer phone. Rang Adam told he could be there for six pm. Desperate i said i would wait. Then said "he was on his way to Doncaster for an emergency"
Five days is enough on trying to collect. So paid £20 for nothing and he gets to keep my painting which was important to me. I'm not driving to Leyland a third time for chance
Utterly appauling service. Five days of stress and i loose my painting. He's a lad. And i think i spooked him in some way. Avoid them, for a start there never open.

Just had my embroidery framed by Adam and can say I highly recommend his services for a fantastic job.

The cost of the frames, each with non-reflective glass, was very competitive.
I was impressed with the overall quality of the workmanship and the short amount of time it took to complete the job of framing. I would certainly recommend them.
