Just had a bathroom, cloakroom and shower room refitted all items supplied by Pickersgills and fitted by T and W plumbing. Had to wait several weeks for installation but cannot fault the job and the workman ship was absolutely fantastic gave advice and the whole job was completed in just over 4 days. We love it all thank you so much .

I have been coming to this place for a good 30 years, and today was an exception after a sexiest remark, of oh your a woman which was said in a derogatory manner, and totally unacceptable this day and age, then after saying I was an artist he then walked out the door and said (sigh) ha what kind of artist, all I will say I have a sense of humour a damn good one at that had I thought it was remotely funny I would have laughed it off, but I tell you not there are more women builders artists arising and we all expect good customer service, on the other hand I will commend the man who cut my plywood who was very patient and went above and beyond to know exactly how I required it to be and to fit in my car.

Just read some of your reviews on line and came across 2 very damning reviews posted these people need to get a life moaning about this and that especially customer service every time that i have been to this shop i have been able to get what i wanted and the crack is all good if i cannot get what i want they will tell me where to go and get it. Example went to screw fix but they couldnt find my part but the young lady told me to go to pickersgill and yes they had what i needed no messing and good price. So to those 2 who didnt like it TOUGH.

Purchased a bathroom suite when opened the packaging on the bath there was hardly any fibreglass under the gel coat and when I wanted to return they claimed we had dropped the bath, it was that thin that if you dropped the soap in the bath it would probably have gone through the bath, will not be using them anymore and it cost me £285 including shower screen but can get on eBay for £250 delivered and if a problem could return.
