Jayne Dunford; Teacher of flute and piano and also saxophone and clarinet. I have over 30 years' teaching experience. Fully qualified and DBS checked.
I am a fully qualified instrumental music teacher; GLCM, LLCM(TD), ALCM.
I have always loved music and began piano lessons at an early age. As a teenager I took up the flute and went on to London to study for a music degree and 2 diplomas. After leaving music college I studied the saxophone and clarinet and I also teach these instruments.
For me it is important to develop a good relationship with the pupil, encouraging an enjoyment of playing, together with a love of music, whilst aiming for the highest possible standards.
As a pianist, I accompany my pupils for exams giving them the confidence to achieve their best result.
