Hamstring Injury

5
Had physio sessions with Brendan with concerns for my hamstrings and I can honestly say it was one of the best physio's I've been to. Hamstrings are such a reoccurring injury and after going to Brendan I've managed to strengthen my hamstrings without any pain from when I started, and this only took 6 sessions. A lot of other physios would take longer and not get the job done right. I've been left with a program I can follow easily, either in the house or gym. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Amazing therapy that worked

5
Sever pain in neck and shoulder for 10 days. Trapped nerve. I went to Physio Associates and pain was gone on my third visit. There is a careful stepped approach and it works. This included acupuncture. I’ve not had this before, ie. acupuncture. That same night pain was gone on second appointment. Further treatment on third appointment appears to have banished the pain altogether. The wonderful physiotherapist was understated but brilliant. I can now move my neck fully, so freedom of movement was increased. Overall I am relieved, delighted, surprised, and very thankful for the magic touch here applied by the skilled physiotherapist. Thanks.

Amazing Wellbeing Centre with so much to offer

5
I initially attended Cecilia Timoney and then Stephen Doherty at the clinic for physiotherapy on my knee. I feel that I received a great service and was back to myself within a few weeks. I went on to have a 1-2-1 Pilates lesson to gain confidents and now attend Cecilia's Physio-led Pilates class once per week. I have just started Yoga on a Friday at the clinic as well.

I would most definitely recommend this clinic for physiotherapy, Pilates and Yoga.

Very professional, yet friendly and helpful staff who take the time to listen and offer advice.

The carpark in the church grounds next door is much easier to access.

No long term plans considered

2
Had a severe injury from calf to neck. Went to eight sessions. At no point was any long term treatment plan made. Everything was very "see how it goes." Was told on the last session to give it a few weeks and get back to running then, despite (throughout all sessions) complaining about back and hip pain. This was never investigated.

Since went to another physio who was stunned that I was advised to return to exercise and found that the majority of the problem was stemming from my back.
