1st class

Jim comes over very competent with a very approachable and understanding manner. Explained likely causes of my problems and provided an easy to follow plan. Use of gym equipment, when Covid practical, helped. Outcome - improvements initially slow, follow up consultation led to slight change in exercises, and now manage again to get 18 holes golfing with only minor discomfort. Success.
For the service Jim provides his charges are very reasonable.

Miracle Worker!!

I had problems with my knee for 5 months following an accident. 2 sessions with Jim and my knee feels better than it ever has.
Jim knows exactly what he's talking about and is very reasonably priced considering the knowledge and experience he has.

Shoulder impingement

5
Went to Jim as my shoulder was in alot of pain. After my consultation, he diagnosed the problem as shoulder impingement. He let me know shockwave treatment would worth trying to cure the issue. Well after 6 sessions trying something I had never experienced, I can now safely I'm back using the full use of my shoulder, allowing me to play golf pain free and more importantly getting through my working day pain free. I really cant recommend physio solutions highly enough. Thanks again Jim.
