Reviews

A first-rate physiotherapy practice.

I have been coming to Physiolink for many years and would recommend them highly. The physios are very knowledgeable and always take the time to discuss my progress/concerns at the beginning of an appointment. The treatments they offer are first-rate. Although it is not round the corner for me, it is well worth the effort. The admin. staff are also lovely and very accommodating.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

I cannot praise the service at physiolink highly enough. Very friendly and welcoming receptionists. I then saw Sarang who was excellent. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to deal with it. I only needed a few sessions and was given an exercise plan that I followed and my pain resolved. Huge thank you to the lovely staff at the practice.

SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Please Save your money and go somewhere else. My wife visited the clinic 3 time with Neck problem etc. And on the 3 visits spend no more that 10 minutes and was given A4 sheets with exercises. I visited this clinic twice as a private patient with shoulder problem first consultation 10 minutes massage. 10 minute explaining on some exercises to do at home. Second Payne visit 10 minutes explaining some more excercises. Very expensive for something you can get for free on the internet. Booked first consultation for my young daughter with back problem, again what a waste to money and time and guess what more exercises to do at home.

In response to the review above, I would like to confirm that we take all comments very seriously in order that we maintain our very high quality standards. On this occasion it is regrettable that the reviewer did not contact us directly to discuss any concerns at the time of treatment. It is somewhat surprising that a patient having what was felt to be a poor experience in the first instance, would sequentially go on to book two other family members in for treatment. I have of course investigated the grounds for these comments by speaking to personnel involved, and the findings in relation to perceived patient satisfaction during the sessions do not corroborate with the review. It is always useful to respond to these reviews in order to clarify that we have been established for almost 30 years and are renowned for the quality service that we deliver. Our satisfaction surveys consistently return a minimum of 97% satisfaction rate and we are proud that we will continue to offer high quality treatments to our patients. Dear physiolink & Sam,

Hope you are well.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sam who helped me with my physiotherapy sessions between December-March. Her excellent advice and exercises have helped me a great deal. I am now virtually pain free with the issue I had with my patella. Best of all I played football last week with no issue!!

Kind regards
