Sciatica Recovery - Physio Direct

When I got sciatica, Physio Direct was my first step into recovery. Tim Rickard was fantastic, in support, guidance and his experience of what I needed to do. I would recommend Physio Direct as the best place to go if you need the right guidance and support for recovery. He has certainly helped me though a very testing time.... Highly recommended.

Great healing hands

Always treated very well. Tim spends time assessing where & why the pain is present, explaining what he’s doing & how it will help. A follow up appointment is always offered & advice given on how I can help myself in between appointments. The clinic is very clean, tidy & plenty of room. Tim is professional, helpful, friendly & always puts you at ease before any treatment starts. The appointments available are suitable for everyone who has a busy life & needs a bit of a crack here & there or massage to ease pain. I can highly recommend Physio Direct

Excellent Physio Service

Excellent physio, also uses acupuncture as needed. Follow up exercises. Had flexible time slots. More than one location choose from.
