People don’t go there ,they charge me for a new battery on my phone £45 pounds and the battery becomes dead after one month i asked them for a full refund but they refused and changed with new battery but after that the same battery became dead
I visited the shop again and the owner became very angry at me and said he never was changed the battery on this phone and want receipt for this I showed him my bank statement but he refused and asked for receipt
They have shop in Tunbridge Wells as well please be aware they are absolutely…… they using cheep parts charged you for original

Been going to this store for years and years. Bought every phone for my three children and me. Great service - they go the extra mile to make sure any phone problem is resolved at the best cost.

Excellent Service would highly recommend rival company could not fix my phone and these people did would highly recommend I take very competitive price as well

The iPhone 6s screen I had replaced was of poor quality despite costing £105. A couple of pixels failed within the first few days so I took it back to the shop to show the owner.

We agreed to leave the free as is to see if it worsens during the coming weeks. However frustratingly the screen broke after falling 3 inches! 3 inches! In all my years of having iPhones a screen has never broken falling any distance like that.

I then returned to the shop to discuss this and they now wanted £90 to replace the screen - a £20 discount from the £110 i initially paid. I argued that as agreed with the manager the screen was faulty within the 2 month warranty however they were now not interested in helping. Very poor.

If they had there way I would have paid another £90 - making it £200 in total for another screen that would still be very fragile.
