My partner and son brought an iPad in to be repaired on Boxing Day and were told to collect later that day. After spending a few hours walking around, they went back to the kiosk and were told it would not be ready until the following day. Again, they went back on the 27th December and were told that it wasn't ready and to come back at 6pm. Later that day it wasn't ready and were asked to come back on the 28th which they did and believe it or not it WASNT ready 😡 And they were told to collect at 5pm today. I called the kiosk personally to ensure it would be ready and was told they were misinformed and it wouldn't be available to collect until tomorrow! The man o spoke to on the phone was rude and didn't care that my 9 year old had paid for this out of his own Christmas money and had paid over and over again for parking! No discount offered for inconvenience and cost of parking and no apology. Disgusting service and so so rude!

Glued my iPhone screen to my handset
1
Took my iphone to have the screen repaired and it wasn't put back on properly, leaving it flush and making a clicking sound. It cracked at the edges due to the gap and when I returned it the young man said he'd put a new one on. I returned half an hour later to find the owner had glued the gap down the side and secured it with electrical tape explaining that my warranty was not valid because I'd broken the screen... I explained the cause for the cracks and asked why he'd glued my iPhone - this means I can't have it repaired properly by someone who knows what they're doing and I was told to f* off.
