Rude and very bad service (iPhone 11)

I ring in this shop regarding iPhone 11 screen price because my phone is broken ,so I use my work phone the guy said me (why are call me no caller Id) is not give the price for fixing phone and guy is very rude,never use this phone again, very bad service

Went in with a phone that wouldn't charge without flexing the cable, they took the phone, then said "Come back in an hour".
When I came back, they said it was debris in the charging port from within the phone, £25 later, my phone was fixed, and now charges at full speed.
