Terrible customer service

Would give it a zero is possible went in with my Apple Mac book that wasn’t charging, they said they would looks at it took 4 weeks with no communication bar me coming in every week to ask/complain. They always came up with an excuse I also gave them a plug with a cord which I didn’t get back when I asked for it they said I never gave it to them, they probably stole it to sell, NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP EVER

would give 0 if i could there liars stealing india in that shop that dont belong in our community in wickford, brought a phone repair after 1 day it broke again and the also phone had issues after leaving the shop , dont go dishonest people

Huawei broken screen....

Phones & Gadgets fixed a broken screen on my Huaeei. Pro and whilst doing this also mended the charging point that had bee. Playing up for a long time. Unfortunately, ehen i dtopped the phone and broke the screen, i also broke the scanner and being a type 1 diabetic using a Libra 2 blood tester, this was a major blow. The guys mended this too, much to my relief. Great service. Thank you Phones & Gadgets
