My wife took her laptop into shop with keyboard problems.
Enter Jake, who examines laptop in great detail.
After a great synopsis on the technical aspects of the laptop he then with a great understanding delivered the cause…. dirty keyboard !🤣
He cleaned the keyboard solved the problem and made me very happy as I got to nag her all the way home.

In the last year its become really expensive here, clean a Samsung charge port cost me £15 last year, and today was £40 and took under 20 mins

My wife took her iPad into this shop in WATERLOOVILLE ,a few months ago,
They assured her it needed a plug, which she stupidly agreed to them doing
Left it 2-3 days, paid them £90. When she came home a few days later said it’s still not charging, so I quickly plugged my lead into hers, and after that it’s been fine, so all she needed was a new plug.
This company should be avoided at all costs

I had a small problem with my phone, yesterday morning so I quickly took a trip to the phone Doctor, who quickly told they could do it in half an hour,
And would cost me £20, so I agreed to call back in 30 minutes,
When I returned home to my horror they had deleted all emails off my phone, which a friend came round and resorted my phone in 5 minutes!
I am not very in impressed. I shall not be returning to that shop again
I don’t think they knew what they were doing on this occasion.

Last Friday my husbands screen froze on his iPad. We tried various YouTube solutions to no avail, finally we took it to the phone repair doctor in Waterlooville. Whilst we had a cup of tea in Waterlooville he fix the problem for us. This makes such a difference to my husband as he relies on his iPad to listen to his audiobooks after having two strokes and not able to read.
Would fully recommend them.
