Phone Repair Centre

I do not recommend this repair shop!!! I sent my iPhone 11 for battery replacement and speaker cleaning, I received the phone with scratches all around, it was damaged when I opened it, I was told that these scratches were there before, I would like to point out that I have had the phone since new, it was returned to me old original Apple battery, which proves that the phone has never been opened before. After I asked to see if these scratches were there before, apparently I had watched a cctv video but no one showed me any proof that this damage existed, I asked again for only one photo from cctv I was told that cctv is for them and not for me, this is how customers are treated at this repair point, fraudsters who cannot admit their mistake. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!! if this place can be called a service, PEOPLE, my advice is to take photos wherever you take your phone for repair. Unfortunately, I didn't do it.

My husband dropped his mobile phone on a stone floor and smashed the screen. The phone repair centre replaced the screen within the hour at a cost of £70 plus £5 for a screen protector. This was half the cost of BT who the phone was purchased through. The gentleman in the phone repair centre was very helpful.
