After being quoted a ridiculous amount to have my phone screen fixed from another phone company, I was recommended to go here and what a difference In price and customer service. Friendly and professional. Thank you so much for fixing my phone and not trying to rip me off in the process. 🙏🙌🏻

Munib was fantastic help. Unlocked my new phone (refurbished from an online dealer) so i could keep my old number and pay as go sim. My old contacts were saved on the cloud and have now transferred safely. Would recommend the Phone Junction for a fast and friendly service.

The member of staff was late opening up and there was some confusion over price. The staff member though was very polite and helpful. However, I only had my phone screen replaced on friday 5th May but the phone is barely usuable. It does strange things, it doesn't scroll properly, it doesn't react to touch, it does all sorts of weird things. Really not happy at all with it, would have been better off with the cracked screen!

My wife's phone would not charge as the connector appeared to be damaged. Found this service online and took the phone to the shop. The owner examined the phone and said he would have to send it away to be fixed and the cost would be a maximum of £60. Good as his word I received a call a few days later, collected it and handed over the £60. Excellent job, it was fully charged on collection and can now be charged as before.
