Awful customer service.

Purchased a second hand laptop which came with a 6 month warranty. The laptop had a fault, it wouldn’t stay charged for long. Was told I would have to pay for a new battery which I argued and eventually they agreed to fix it for free. The new battery didn’t make much difference so I requested a refund which they will not give me even though the receipt states I’m entitled to one. They’re adamant there is nothing wrong with the laptop. Been to the shop 3 times and apparently the manager is never there to speak either. Seriously advise people not to shop here.

Fantastic service !

Excellent service from these guys. I thought my iPhone was on its way out as it had black lines down the screen. 30 minutes later, new screen fitted and phone working perfectly. Thanks to these guys, one very happy customer. Would definitely recommend 😊👍 Louise
