Breached my privacy IG account..

My phone screen cracked went to this shop to get it repaired..as I was expecting a charge of £60 for it as before when they fixed my son's phone..he looked at it went to his colleague and just said £100 didn't believe it at all..people will do say anything to sell and think people don't have sense..he then asked for my password..never felt good with that..week later still waiting for a call to pick up my phone..he forgot when I decided to ring..got the phone then checked my apps went to Instagram and saw a message sent to my follower saying F U bas....! Spelled incorrectly which so happens to be sent on the day I handed my phone in..How dare you breach my privacy how dare you take money from me that could go to my kids..and not call with any updates..because I'm a woman who needed assistance or because you had my password..I will take this further but obviously will not confront this business..just proves that they are aggressive have no respect..Went into My IG..Horrible!!!!

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF - DO NOT USE

Charged £45 to fix my phone and made it WORSE then wanted more money saying it was battery issue.

The shop sells items that do not work, then refused any sort of refund. The owner shouts and becomes very aggressive when challenged.
They are incompetent and cannot be trusted.,Bought an item from them last week which I found to be faulty. The owner became abusive very quickly when I asked for a refund. Avoid at all costs.
