Don't be taken in by their polite telephone manner, lame excuses & promises. Ordered tile effect roofing sheets, & they weren't cheap. The delivery was dumped on my garden without notificatication. The co. stated they had tried to ring me 5x! Really, no messages on home phone & my mob no. they got wrong! The sheets all had a ridge down one side but got told the press machine does this & also for drainage, not seconds! Most of the roof sheets had paint off them. Asked for touch up paint & was promised this as I was'nt seeking compensation or discount. 3 wks later I contacted co. who said the touch up paint was sent! However, they would send again, that was wks ago & still no paint? I know a small sample pot would not take weeks! Again, I have been fobbed off. I certainly would not order from this company again, considering the price we paid. I was expecting good quality materials for the price we spent. Do not bother, they are only interested in your cash once they have it.
