Excellent service from Robert at Phoenix from quotation through to installation of a wireless house alarm system. Arrived when promised and carried out work in an exemplary fashion. Would use again and certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to install an alarm system.

Phoenix arrived at the scheduled time. He covered the carpets with dust sheets and prepared the site efficiently. The installation of the replacement alarm system was completed in good time and with
no mess. The system was explained with completeness and demonstrated effectively. The installation was completed as scheduled and there were no hidden costs. The site was left clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix Alarm Systems.

Rob was prompt responding to my initial query and I was able to get booked in for a service and repair really easily. We had an ongoing issue which Rob was able to identify and fix rather than just replacing a part other engineers had done several times before. The service was carried out and Rob explained what had been done.
Definitely recommend if you want someone to service/repair a burglar alarm!

Rob provided a very competitive quote and quickly and professionally installed an alarm system at my fathers house at rather short notice just before Christmas. The job was completed on time and very neatly. Really pleased with the installation which is exactly what we needed and it works well. Would thoroughly recommend. Many thanks.
