Mrs Lisa Togher - Service dispatcher

Responsible for engineers and reports directly to Directors. Dispatches work to engineers ensuring response times are being met. Provides repair quotations for further works required, co ordinates all site return visits to ensure fitting of parts as well as co ordinating the installation team. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lisa

Ms Donna Grey - Contracts administrator

Responsible for customer contracts. Co ordinating site surveys for new business, providing new proposals to potential customers as well as renewal proposals for existing customes. Responsible for scheduling preventarive maintenence visits six monthly/annually, following up further works required. Donna also has experience within the refrigeration department. Donna also updated our CRM system.

Mr Andrew Britton - Installation Manager

Responsible for co ordinating and carrying out installation of new and reconditioned equipment. Andrew has a wealth of experience both as a Catering engineer and installation engineer. Phoenix team have carried out installations for celebrity chefs. Andrew has worked his way from a mature apprentice within Phoenix. There is no job too challenging for Andrew.

Mr John Wrench - Service engineer

John has joined the Phoenix team after being made redundant during the recent pandemic. John has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. He has worked for a large manufacturing company for many years and specialises in Hobart warewashing as well as receiving training with other leading manufacturers

Mr Liam Rich - Service engineer

Responsible for daily attendance to catering breakdown calls as well as working closely with the installation Manager. Liam has completed his apprenticeship within Phoenix and has developed a fabulous work portfolio as well as gained many required qualifications

Mr Harry Jenkins - Refrigeration engineer

Responsible for day to day attendance of breakdowns on refrigeration and air conditioning. Also carries out installations of new refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Reports to David Kenna Harry has recently joined our team with a wealth of knowledge and experience

Ms Faith Meadows - Refrigeration Administration

Faith has recently joined team Phoenix. She is gaining experience prior to joining university. She is responsible for co ordinating the refrigeration team, dispatching engineers and carrying out necessary duties following initial call outs. She is also supporting the accounts department
