Good evening. We have booked a holiday of a lifetime to Oregon in the United States.

There were a lot of things to plan but we decided to travel the evening before and used your company because of its reputation. All I can say was your driver Andrew did you a credit. He was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.

The best in the business

We have been putting up with an inconsistent cab service from a major local provider for a couple of years. Finally, we have found a fantastic airport transfer company that we can actually rely on. From the clear and courteous "front of house" - Maureen - to the charming and polite drivers and the clear and efficient instructions for pick up at Heathrow, my family and I felt extremely cared for in our recent trips to and from the airport. This has long been the one part of our trips away that has vexed us, but no more. I couldn't pay any greater compliment to this company - do yourself a favour and put the start and end of your holiday or business trip in the reassuring hands of the best in the business.

Fantastic company and service.

My partner and I needed a reliable taxi service at very short notice and Maureen at Phoenix cars arranged this straightaway, arranging for Andrew to take us to Oxford at night then collect us the next day. He was prompt, caring friendly and efficient, taking our bags and setting us in the car. He drove smoothly and expertly. I'm normally a nervous passenger but I was so relaxed I slept during the outward journey! He collected us right on time the next day, chatted when we wanted or gave us peace and quiet when needed. I can't recommend Phoenix cars enough, they are just the best and their prices are so reasonable. We will definitely use them again. Huge thanks again to Maureen for arranging everything so efficiently and speedily, reducing our stress levels enormously and Andrew is a treasure, words can't express our gratitude and no praise is too high.

Went out of their way to for an urgent request for a hospital visit with compassion and speedy response.
The driver Andy was a true gentleman on time and excellent driver felt very safe.
