We had a tripping circuit where the fault was proving difficult to pin down by a number of electricians from other companies. Tom from Phillips arrived on time and was determined to find the fault. He performed many diagnostic tests, was incredibly thorough testing the whole circuit, rewired every socket and explained everything he was doing. His determination paid off as he fixed the fault we’d had for over a year. Outstanding service. I’d highly recommend Phillips and will definitely use them again.

First Class Outfit

Phoned on the Friday, had an electrician (Tom) around first thing on the Tuesday. Excellent job, very professional and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Will definately have them next time I need an electrician.

Happy with electrical inspection.

I requested that an electrician from Philips Services (Wales) Ltd came to check the wiring for an electric cooker, at the start of June 2021. The appointment was made promptly. The electrician came exactly on time, checked the wiring, gave helpful information about alternative ways of proceeding, was friendly and inspired confidence by his professional manner. I would certainly seek Philips Services again.

Outstanding service

Our previously dormant burglar alarm (inherited from previous home owners) decided to activate yesterday and of course we couldn't switch it off. Despite us not having a maintenance contract with Phillips Services, Simon promptly managed to send us an electrician (David) to come and restore our peace, quiet and sanity. Thank you so much for your courteous, friendly and calm response to quickly solve our problem. I whole-heartedly recommend Phillips Services to everyone, you swiftly sorted a crisis and we will definitely come to you for electrical services again. Thank you!
