Phil's team turned up promptly, and did a great job, taking every care to ensure the doors were adjusted correctly and absolutely perfectly aligned. Professional, prompt and good value. Going above and beyond .....

Had a hinge shear in half on a very heavy double glazed door. Spoke with Phil who promptly came to the flat to secure the door to make it safe for us. He then had the unenviable job of trying to source the German made part which it turned out was not available in the UK. Phil diligently trawled his way through company after company until he found the hinge. Once he had received the part he made it a priority to come over to us to replace the hinge and allow us access again. Phil was not only very professional but he’s a very approachable guy who really did pull out all the stops to source the part.
