do not hire from here !!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the fact I ordered a mini bus to go out for my mates 25th birthday last night booked for half 10 to take us to Cardiff.. waiting outside nobody turned up to collect us and when trying to ring to see how long they would be they did not answer! We tried on many occasions to try and get through... so night was ruined because it was to late to get another taxi at such short notice and so late. I will never make the mistake to hire any mini buses at all with them ever again! When I did phone up to book the mini bus he booked it and hung up on me without even asking what date to pick us up.. so had to ring back and tell him a date of course. Should of knew it was unreliable from the phone call really. Thanks Phils mini bus, for ruining my mates birthday
