I called Pulse on the main landline and was answered promptly by James on his hands-free mobile – no communication issues there! Very professional and after a brief overview of what I needed I was offered an appointment later that day – fabulous, as I had lost power to my oven. I texted my address details to the mobile and James turned up exactly at the agreed time. Refreshingly, he put on over shoes before entering our house – a nice touch and represented his work ethics as a professional, caring and tidy electrician. He carried out the work that was necessary to address the problem and advised on the ever increasing regulatory and safety requirements needed in the essential field of electrics. No fuss, reasonable rates and reliable – what more can anyone ask for? Thoroughly recommended and added to my small contact list of traders that I can call upon in the future and recommend to friends/family.

James carried out all work thoroughly to a very high standard. He was very helpful, friendly and tidy. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommended James to family and friends.

Never had chance to have the work done as never had chance to book him.
Refused to answer tons of calls on 3 phone lines this was just to say yes I would like to book you.
Then when finally get hold of him he says he will email me quote.
Weeks later a couple of excuses from him via email and nothing again.

So would have liked to have given him a positive rating.
However having not been able to contact him .
Not being able to have the work done .
I cannot ,also the way he is going via customer skills I can't see him being in Buisness for much longer .

Once I contacted him for a quote he was able to come round and advise on the same day for the quotation. They are a very honest, reliable and reasonably priced company who are happy to help no matter what size the job !

He even cleans up after himself !

I contacted Phase Electrical for a quote to install outside security lights. James suggested it would be more discreet to install lights in the soffits, which he could set to come on when it was dark.
The other electricians only quoted for the security lights, and did not come up with any other suggestions. As James's price was quite competitive with the other quotes I received, I decided to use Phase Electrical to carry out the work.
James and his team arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work as discussed, and were very clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending James, and have asked him to carry out further works in my house.
