Fantastic Staff

The team at Pharmall are always extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a shop with a great atmosphere and even though we are having to click and collect for the time being it’s still a pleasure to visit. Well done team for keeping our animals fed in such difficult circumstances!!

Efficient and accurate

Excellent service. Order taken over the phone and paid for. Clear collection point and collection time. Goods clearly labelled and able to back car right up to pallet to load. Also offer for additional help if needed for heavy items which I didn’t take up in the end. Thank you.

Excellent

Excellent Service left phone message was contacted within ten mins
Checked stock paid on the phone by card and collected my order 15 mins later which was all ready on the collection point as advised together with the card receipt on a secure wallet
We always use them for their service and stock but they deserve all the support at the moment
