I approached Peter after having an unpleasant and unresponsive relationship with another 'accountant', and he quickly managed to unravel things during the course of a 40 minute initial phone call. I went to meet with him and Aleks at his home address the next day, and he spent 3 or 4 hours with me going through the situation with a fine tooth comb, and efficiently managed to discover lots of failings on the part of the other accountant that I wouldn't have even known how to look for. Dealing with Peter and Aleks is an absolute pleasure; Emails and text messages are replied to extremely quickly and Peter has taken charge of dealing with HMRC and Companies House and always messages as soon as they need something. A very reassuring company to deal with. There are good accountants and bad accountants. PHA is an excellent one. It was also a nice little bonus that they managed to keep my tax low, especially given what they initially had to work with (not a lot!). Cheers guys :)
