5And I was very satisfied with the method of training I shared my concerns and the fact that I was autistic and didn't know how I would handle it well this instructor a gentleman called Gary Philips adjusted his training method of teaching and kept well within the equality act of 2010 in fact it was almost like invented the equality act this man was spot on spoke very clearly and give very clear instructions this man Gary Phillips built up my confidence by not only demonstrating but encouraging progress and congratulating the achievements honestly if you need to do a forklift or reach or one of the many services that this man offers then you are on to a winner
