Avoid like the plague! Poor organisation and communication, never get to speak to the same person twice. Lots of extra little charges that bump up the cost of the car. Poor part exchange value. Worst of all, some staff were not entirely honest with me and lied by omission. I did initially pay a deposit to reserve a car but decided not to go ahead with the purchase because I was not happy with the "customer service". They were also slow to refund the deposit, I had to chase them up for it.
I ended up going to another dealership (Braehead Motor Company) where I received a better deal and infinitely better service.

Good place for getting your MOT, service etc. They are helpful and you get free tea or coffee in their café while you wait!
