I bought the top of the range Panasonic flagship 65 inch tv which was exchanged shortly after purchase owing to a fault..the replacement developed the same issue and two technicians visited my home with both of them agreeing that it was faulty and should be replaced with it being sent back to Panasonic..the technicians returned after me speaking to the shop with a loan replacement which happened to be the same model tv..this was set up and the same issue was present on the 3rd tv..i asked for a new replacement or to buy this years model and to pay the extra money..the shop rang me back and said that they had no power to authorise this it was down to Panasonic..i offered to have Panasonic see it in situ but was told no it had to seen elsewhere where they would decide on repair etc

I couldn't be more disappointed in my kitchen. Appauling service with little care or attention.

Fantastic service, really good price match too. Kitchen design by Wayne superb, and fitting by Martin and Andrew top class. Everyone, including those in appliances, have been especially helpful throughout. Great business over all, very highly recommended!
