Appalling. Rang Monday 850am, with emergency situ ( window stuck down in Winter) Asked if he had any time today. He said YES. Could have said no and I would have found someone else. Said he would be with me pm. No sign. Rang him. He finally answers. At home. No intention of coming that day. Said he would be with me in am circa 10am. No sign. . Rang. No reply. Txt, no reply. Rang again, 11.45, answered. Aaid was doing brakes on his drive. ! Said he had said lunchtime( he didn't ) . I pointed out my Car had now got wet because of him letting me down. He didnt care . Said " better get someone else ". Got the feeling being a Woman affected his attitude. Either way, totally unreliable.

My Ford Focus was completely dead. Found Peter Mitchell through yell. Spoke to Peter early Monday morning and he said he would get to me that morning, I wasn’t holding my breath! Sure enough, he arrived just after twelve. It was very clear that he was not going to be beaten. Four hours later my engine was purring away. I was expecting to have to take out a mortgage to pay for the repairs but was more than pleasantly surprised at his charge. Very thorough, would not hesitate in recommending him.

Very good service! Came down on a Sunday when he wasnt supposed to work. Came down to my work in my lunchtime.
I will do my MOT with them as well and update my review then.
Absolutely recommended to everyone.

Brilliant service, attended my home and with the aid of his computerised diagnostic equipment and in no time soon found the fault on my ageing Jeep and resolved the problem. Excellent !

I don’t normally waste my time writing reviews, but I will make a exception on this case based on the total lack of courtesy .
I rang this company 3 weeks ago & have made 5 different phone calls & spoke to someone each time on the company mobile to simply make a appointment .
Each time I have been polite & explained that I was happy to book in when it suited them ( the company) .
Every time I am told we will get back to you & every time nobody ever does.
My last call made on Monday 27/01/20
I asked if they could fit me in a week later , yet again still got told they would let me know & surprise, surprise nobody called.
I’m not sure how this company gets these positive reviews, because the customer service levels are beyond shocking .
I can only think the reviews are left by family members.
Three weeks , five phone calls & non received is pretty dam bad
